Employee info kiosk

As part of the IntWare24 ecosystem, we provide our customers with software for managing work time registration and HR matters.

The info kiosk is a modern solution that makes life easier for employees. It allows them to quickly and conveniently submit vacation requests. All this from one place. Save time and minimize paperwork, and automate simple office tasks such as accepting requests into the system. The software is fully integrable with ERP and equipped with an RFID card reader.

 

Warehouse and user management

The administration panel is a convenient and intuitive tool for adding new warehouse products, supplementing their content, codes, descriptions, and photos, as well as a system for controlling all warehouse resources. From here, it is also possible to conveniently manage all vending machine users. The administrator has the right to add new employees, assign them access levels, set passwords, and pair employee cards with vending machine accounts.

Thanks to remote access, the locker administrator can fill the system with inventory items in a much more accessible way. It is easy to add product categories, EAN codes, descriptions, and photos, and then quickly and efficiently load the locker. Thanks to remote access, the locker loading process is much more efficient.

Knowledge base

Using a knowledge base in an organization brings many operational and strategic benefits. First and foremost, it provides quick access to structured information, which streamlines decision-making and problem-solving without the need to involve other departments. This allows new employees to get up to speed faster and reduces the number of repetitive queries received by support departments. The Intware24 Knowledge Base can be accessed not only from vending machines or information kiosks, but also from any computer with access to a web browser. User access is properly secured and password-protected for remote devices.
